Hi! I’m Sara — a Body Harmonics trained Pilates instructor :) I fell in love with Pilates when I finally learned how to move without the lingering discomfort I’d been dealing with for years. It completely changed the way I feel in my body, and now I’m passionate about teaching mindful, functional movement that supports glute and core strength, posture, and full-body integration — in a way that feels good. Pilates became a workout I genuinely looked forward to, and I love helping clients feel that same excitement and confidence in their own movement.
Favorite Exercise
Anything that sets my glutes and core on fire. I love a spicy side-lying series, a juicy lunge variation, a challenging coordination sequence — anything in that realm. My goal is always to leave a workout feeling accomplished and like I truly worked hard, especially when it comes to glute and core activation.
